ServerWhere.com does not share any of the our clients' personal data with its partners and business ecosystem. Our clients might be asked to disclose certain personal data on certain occasions for the following purposes:
a) Client’s First Name, Last Name required for identification only, without being copied, transmitted and stored by any third party, when customers require access to their equipment and for the purpose to enter into the ServerWhere.com facilities.
b) Client’s personal data such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Business Address and/or any other details required by any 3rd party authority for the purpose of registering a Domain Name, SSL certificate or providing any other service or digital product requested by the customer through a service order submitted to ServerWhere.com.
c) Clients’ Billing details, including First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Business Address.

ServerWhere.com has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints to EU Data Protection Authorities (EU DPAs). If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit EU Data Protection Authorities (EU DPAs) to find more information or to address the matter.

If your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, and your inquiry or complaint involves human resource data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship, you may have your complaint considered by an independent recourse mechanism: for EU/EEA Data Subjects, a panel established by the European Union data protection authorities (DPA Panel). To do so, you should contact the data protection or labor authority in your jurisdiction. ServerWhere.com agrees to cooperate with the relevant national DPAs and to comply with the decisions of the DPA Panel.

Should your complaint remain fully or partially unresolved after a review by ServerWhere.com, EU Data Protection Authorities (EU DPAs), you may be able to, under certain conditions, seek binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel.

ServerWhere.com is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
